SolarMax 40
The SolarMax 40 was designed specifically for use on short fast refractors under 1000mm focal length. Though small in size the 40mm filter is large enough to resolve fine detail in surface structure and on the limb of the Sun. The SolarMax 40 will provide full disk H-Alpha views when matched with the appropriate Blocking Filter.

SolarMax 60
The SolarMax 60 can be used to adapt most telescopes under 3000mm to H-Alpha observing. Our mid-sized filter, SolarMax 60, provides greater resolution and opportunities for resolving detail at higher magnification than the SolarMax 40.

SolarMax 90
Like the smaller 60mm filter the SolarMax 90 can be used on almost any telescope design under 3000mm focal length. However, the larger 90mm aperture increases resolution and allows for the user to view individual sections of solar activity at high magnification and when viewing at full disk the user gets the impression of curvature on the surface.

Solarmax 40 Telescope
The SolarMax 40 telescope has the same aperture as the P.S.T. but is distinguished by several key factors. The SolarMax 40 telescope comes standard with a < 0.7 angstrom bandpass which results in increased surface detail across the disk.

Solarmax 60 Telescope
For those looking for more aperture we proudly present the SolarMax 60 dedicated H-alpha telescope. Built to our exacting standards the SolarMax 60 telescope provides the user a telescope with the same lightweight portability of our SolarMax 40 telescope but the extra aperture greatly increases the resolution of detail on the surface and on the limb.

Solarmax 90 Telescope
The SolarMax 90 telescope is the largest H-A telescope ever to be mass-produced and is in use around the world from private observatories to professional research facilities. The SolarMax 90 telescope is compatible with most imaging systems. Safe for both visual and imaging use !

SolarMax 90 CaK Telescope
See the Sun in a new light! The SolarMax 90 CaK is based on our popular SolarMax 90 telescope design. Coronado has developed a filter system for a unique instrument that allows this instrument to focus on the transmission line of CaK centered at 393.4 nanometers.

TMax Tuner
If features occur on the disc of the Sun, their high velocity towards the observer results in their wavelength being Doppler shifted shorter than Ha. The T-Max allows the user to de-tune the Solarmax slightly to bring such phenomena into better visibility.

CEMAX Series Eyepieces
Specifically designed for use at H-Alpha and multi coated on every surface (including cemented surfaces), the CEMAX eyepieces are the ultimate in contrast enhancement for the solar observer.

Blocking Filters
The Blocking Filter is the second element in any Coronado H-Alpha system, it is just as crucial to your safety and the system's performance as the front element. If you are switching to a longer focal length telescope your SolarMax system you can purchase blocking filters separately.

Malta Table Top Mount
Manual Altitude-Azimuth Table Top Mount was specifically designed for the PST products. It is a high quality machined aluminum table top mount with simple up-down, right-left movements. It is easy to assemble, easy to use and very portable. It makes using the PST even more enjoyable.
