- Pier height that is calculated to fit your equipment and setup
- Pier top that rotates 360° for polar alignment after the pier is in place
- Dual top plates that allow for leveling after the pier is in place
- Concrete pier base installation instructions
- Adapter plates for your particular telescope or wedge. Current plates include:
- Meade LX90/LX200/LX200-ACF and Ultrawedge

Referring to the diagram on the right, Your Pier Height is the desired or calculated height of the pier for your observatory. The Adapter Plate is leveled with three (3) Leving Bolts. The leveling bolts can also be used to raise/lower the telescope height and by default are set at 2". The Adapter Plate/Cap Plate assembly is rotated for rough polar alignment and is then locked into place with three (3) side bolts and a center bolt. Precise polar alignment is accomplished with the adjustments provided with your mount.
